What matters to SGI CANADA’s staff matters to their employer as well – and when a cause their employees are fundraising for aligns as closely to the company’s values as this one does, they’re all in! Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), parent company for both the Saskatchewan Auto Fund and SGI CANADA, is committed to sponsoring organizations that help build safe and secure communities, and Carmichael Outreach’s work definitely fits that description. With 3 of their staff members on 3 different PwYF teams this year, the company decided to match each team’s fundraising efforts to a maximum of $1,000 per team. They even threw in a prize basket of SGI CANADA-branded goods to contribute to this year’s auction! Plus, the company’s internal communications team wrote an article about our efforts for our internal website, creating more awareness of PwYF within SGI and bringing in even more financial support for Carmichael.
