PwYF donates 100% of all funds raised to Carmichael Outreach in Regina, SK.

This wouldn’t be possible without the wonderful prize and financial support from the community.

Before you register, a note…

  1. Teams and individuals can register between June 19, 2023 and February 11, 2024 to ensure there’s enough time for FUNdraising.
  2. Each team will need a captain who will register and be the main contact for the team. All team members need to be identified at the time of registration by supplying their name, email address, and t-shirt size, if they wish to buy one for an additional $10.
  3. Changes to team rosters can be made at a later date, though registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. We have team coaches who can help and guide new teams toward meeting their FUNdraising targets!
  5. The 24-hour event is open to attendees ages 12 and up. Youth, 12 to 16 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  6. Age restrictions at events throughout the FUNdraising campaign will be individually determined by the hosting team(s).
  • Assemble Your Team

    Register as an individual or grab your friends and family and create a team of 1-8 people. If you’d like to join a team, simply send an email to info@pwyf.ca and we will get you connected!

  • Pay Your $30 Registration Fee

    Each team member must e-transfer a $30 registration fee to info@pwyf.ca. These funds are not a donation but provide the operating funds for the campaign. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you are interested in receiving a PwYF t-shirt at the 24-hour event, please add an additional $10 to your e-transfer.

    Please include your name and team name in the message box so we know which team you belong to!

  • Complete Your Team Page

    Once all of your team members have paid their $30 registration fee, the PwYF registrar will create your custom fundraising page for your team to direct all of your fundraising directly to the charity. This will let you plan and track your fundraising efforts towards your goal.

  • Plan Your Fundraising Activities to Raise Money!

    Each team has a minimum fundraising target of $100/team member, but teams are encouraged to raise much more. Remember, to qualify to attend the 24-hour event, your team must raise the minimum of $100/team member.

    The PwYF committee has lots of materials and supports to assist you in planning your activities, including publishing your fundraising activities on our events calendar. Direct all of your fundraising to your team’s page and qualify for various prizes for hitting key milestones.
