♦️ This is a limited seating event with advanced ticket sales. Your registration fee is non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend you may transfer your registration to another player. We just ask that you email thetableflippers.pwyf@gmail.com to inform us of the change so we can update our records.
If you are no longer able to attend and do not have a substitute to take your place, please notify us so we can find a substitute from the waiting list.
♣️ Show up no later than 5:50pm to get booked into the event. The event has a very tight timeline and must run promptly and smoothly to finish on time. Late shows will miss a round of play which will harm your score for the finals. Cards hit the table at 6:10.
♥️ Everyone will play four preliminary rounds of cribbage in a mixed doubles format with a random partner each round. Teams will turn in score sheets after each round and the scores will be recorded under each individual. This means that even though games are played as teams, each person will accumulate points and scores individually.
♠️ After four rounds of play the top half of the players will enter the “A” side elimination bracket and will play to determine GOLD & SILVER medalists. The bottom half of the players will enter the “B” side elimination bracket and will play to determine BRONZE & TIN medalists.
♦️ We all win in the FUN department and helping raise money for Carmichael Outreach. Additionally, the four medalists will receive prizes.
♣️ Rebellion Brewing has many tasty beers available for purchase, and their tacos are AMAZING!
